Red Wines
Merlot-Syrah, France
Red ruby colour, an expressive nose and a mouth dominated by powerful aromas. The Merlot brings red fruit aromas with liquorice hints. The Syrah brings an interesting finish with fresh fruits notes (blackberry/blackcurrant).

Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot,
Viña Maipo, Chile
Bright ruby red colour, rich in fruits, chocolate and red plums with herbal notes. A medium bodied wine with friendly tannins and a good finish. Perfect with red meat or pasta.

Pinotage, Obikwa Cape,
South Africa
Lifted berry flavours are to the fore in this soft, round and dry wine. The finish is long with a decent amount of scrummy, chewy tannins.
Great with curries.

Shiraz-Cabernet, De Bortoli,
South East Australia
Vibrant red with purple hues with plum fruit nuances and subtle oak. The palate is concentrated with pepper and spice and dark fruit flavours. The tannins are soft and firm.

Pico Alto Sauvignon Blanc, Chile
This dry white wine has a fruity bouquet and is un-oaked so that the full flavours of the excellent quality fruit burst onto your palate. Delicious when served as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to seafood or poultry.

Bright yellow greenish colour. The nose is extremely rich with some hints of peaches and citric fruits aromas. A refreshing and balanced wine with a dry palate. Perfect match with fish.

Honeysuckle and pear aromas lead on to a delightfully fruity Chenin Blanc with wonderful floral notes and a refreshing, crisp and dry palate.

The color is brilliant yellow with greenish tinges with nose like complex mix of apricots, honey and tropical fruits. The taste is young, fresh finish, delicious after taste.
