The old restaurant on this location had a very inefficient interior, so our only option was to break down all the interior walls and rebuild the restaurant 'from scratch' to our liking. Here much of the demolishing work already has been done and the new working area for our staff has already been build.

The carpenter making new panelling in frizz, which was to be painted in our signature colors blue/green and white.

Not only the interior was inefficient, electricity was a mess and so was the water system. Both have been newly installed, again 'from scratch'.

The kitchen of the old restaurant was even more inefficient than the public area.
Here we also broke down all the interior walls to enable us to build a new, clean and much more efficient kitchen.
On the picture you see the new kitchen taking shape.

Finishing touches often take most of the time when refurbishing.
But they are as important as the icing on the cake.

And here you see the new interior of Cambodian restaurant frizz in Phnom Penh almost ready. Only tables and chairs are missing.
