Fish Amok, signature Cambodian dish

Fish Amok
A signature Cambodian dish. At frizz we follow the traditional recipe. This is basically a fish curry dry steamed in a cup of banana leaves. Ever had fish amok before? Probably not the way we serve it! As it takes a long time to prepare we may run out of fish amok when many patrons order this.

Finding vegetarian Cambodian food in Phnom Penh can be quite challenging, but we have a nice selection for vegetarians. First of all Samlor Kor Ko, a very traditional and old recipe. This is a soup with with lots of vegetables and fruits, like pumpkin, papaya, eggplant, jackfruit, snake beans and pea eggplants.
